Broken foot? and arm tremor?

Question

These are two different problems but to walk is increadibly painful, and even sitting hurts. Its the outside of my left foot and the pain runs almost to my ankle, possibly broken? and what can be done for it? (Fell into a half foot pot hole off a curb).
And I just started getting this wierd tremor thumping on my upper arm around my bicep. Feels like a fast strong heart beat and I can see my arm moveing.. what could this be?

you need to be seen by a doctor to rule out broken bones and treat the pain, good luck
