It is possible that it could be severe heartburn but it's also very possible that you're having a heart attack. Go to the hospital ASAP. Don't try to drive yourself if nobody is able to take you call an ambulance now!!

How old are you?

If you're under 35, take some gaviscon or fast-acting antiacid. You ate so much, the food (and the acid that was digesting the food) backed up into your esophagus. Esophagus does not like the feel of acid on its skin and lets you know with a move that feels much like a heartattack.

If you're over 35, it's probably the same thing, but it's not worth risking your life. Call 911.

Think of all the artery clogging fat in the two Big Macs. Enough for 4 days, plus all the transfats that are worse for you. You probably should go get checked out. However, acid reflux will cause the same symptoms, but I would go to be sure.

Get off the computer and get someone to take you to the hospital. Do NOT drive yourself. This could be heartburn, but you need to be sure it's not heart related. When this is resolved, get some help for your eating habits before they kill you. Good luck.
