The guy above me seems more knowledgeable than myself about this type of injury, so pay special attention to what he says. Here's my answer:

Were you involved in a car wreck or suffer some kind of trauma to your head?

I don't know if it's something to worry about. You know when your dr. checks your pupils, one at a time, one is way open and one is normal.

It could be that the way you're looking in the mirror, one eye is subject to much more light than the other. Make sure both are subject to the same light and check it again.

Are you having any vision problems, headaches, differences in sight between eyes, anything?

If you're in any discomfort, or you've had recent trauma to your head, visit your dr. But I think by repeating your examination with identical amounts of light for each eye, you'll find they are the same. If you're not satisfied with the outcome of your experiment, call your dr.

Unequal pupils is referred to as anisocoria. It is significant if one pupil is 1 millimeter larger than the other in dim light.

If this is a recent occurrence, I suggest an eye exam ASAP, more so if there is a problem with eye or lid movement. It may be caused by inflammation of ocular structures, pressure on the optic nerve, eyedrops and other neurologic conditions.

you could have a multitude of problems from ocular nerve damage to a small stroke, a tumor, swelling of the brain, enlarged thyroid, to small hole in the lining of your heart

you really really need to go to a dr right away....most of those conditions would have to be treated surgically
