I'm scared to go to the doctors because I'm afraid that they will take my toe out and now its bandaged. It still hurts a little bit but I'm hoping that the toenail will re-attach itself. Can somebody please help me?

Just keep it clean and bandaged.
It may fall off and grow a new nail in time.

For faster healing some home remedies are

* take a moist clean cotton cloth and apply a mixture of bentonite clay, then wrap that on your foot....it heals fast and relieves the pain

* aloe vera gel applied often relieves pain and heals fast

* a daily dose of sun basking helps

*swedish bitters, (found in healthfood stores) is a solution of herbs in alcohal that causes fast healing.

*tumeric powder keeps the wound dry and disinfected.

These are just a few natural aides, your toe is sure to heal on the strength of your own immunes system.

If I understand you correctly, you stubbed your toe and now your toenail is lifting up part way.

It's going to come off eventually. Yes, it is going to be really, really tender. Believe me, I've done it!

The good news is that it will grow back, but it takes a long time. It builds up from the base of the nail, up, it doesn't start at the cuticle and grow out like you might think.

You'll need to keep it covered to protect it from further damage.

No need to go to the doc, there is nothing he can do. Just let nature take it's course, and you can take 800 mg of ibuprofen for the pain.

Good luck!

Your toenail will not re-attach itself. When it feels better trim off the part of the toenail that is loose. In time your new toenail will grow out and it will be back to normal. What has happened is normal when you hit a finger or toe quite hard.
Just give it time.

yea, keep it taped up so it's not so tender. Eventually the knew one will try to displace it...and it will be easy and not so painful to remove the old one
