Ok, well I know why, it's because I smoked for nine years. But I'm on my fourth day smoke-free, and while I'm not expecting to be the picture of health all the sudden, I didn't expect to be suffocating as much as I am.
I know I have COPD, and I plan on going to the doctor. But the previous days of my quit have been met with wonderful breathing, so why the sudden lack of air? Have any of you quit before, and if so, did this happen to you? Will it get better?
Kids, just say no!
