Sometimes nerves in your low back can get pinched and cause this. Also sciatica can give you this but it usually has pain in the buttocks that radiated down to foot. You are young for bone spurs, arthritis etc....but if you have a ruptured disc or bulging disc it can give you those symptoms...but most of the time you have back pain as well.It could be circulation problem, also ck yourself for diabetes.esp if you have family history.
Lastly it could be tarsal tunnel syndrome..like carpal tunnel but in the foot..can be caused by old ankle injuries etc..,or a growth by the nerve that runs by your ankle to your foot.

I had a similar thing on my right hand. Pins and needles / tingling down through my palm to my little finger and the next finger. It turned out to be Carpal Tunnel Syndrome. basically, all the nerves that travel down your arm and into your hand, goes through a tunnel in your wrist - the Carpal Tunnel. Sometime this tunnel presses on the nerves which gives you the tingling feeling. There are a couple of things that can be done - the first route is a steroid injection in the tunnel ( in your wrist) which should ease the pressure. This has a good success rate, but it may come back at some time. The other option is a really simple operation where they just snip the top of the tunnel to relieve the pressue. This is the more permament option. Either way, go an see your GP just to make sure but that's what it sounds like..
