One makes me slightly tired but doesn't quite do the job. I have severe insomnia and this is my 3rd day without sleep so I need to sleep tonight whether I like it or not...

I wouldn't do it without talking to your doc. I don't know your dose. You could run into problems with two. Take the one, take a bath 2 hours before going to bed(which raises your metabolism and then drops it as your body temp. lowers...preparing you for sleep). Have a glass of milk an hour before going to bed (which contains Tryptophan to help you sleep). Take deep breaths while lying in bed to relax you. Make sure your room is very dark and cool. Don't watch TV in bed nor read.

One SleepMD usually does it for me. Maybe try one and a half. Call someone at GNC they should know a safe dosage for you. Have you talked to your doctor about getting a prescription?
