Drink a glass of milk (contains Tryptophan) to help make you sleepy. Keep the house cool. Turn the heat down. The body sleeps better in a cool environment. Keep your room dark. Don't watch TV or read in bed.

I can come over and lay it bed with you and talk about my day. It works like a charm for my husband.
No seirously, I would just shut the computer and tv, take a bath if you find that relaxing, read a book, etc.

I think it's up to you. I'm sure there's something that you do that makes you sleepy. Taking a shower, then getting into bed normally puts me to sleep. Especially if I crank up the AC.
And, consider yourself lucky that you don't have a problem being tired or sleepy all the time. :D

What helps me when I can't sleep is to read a book in the dark with one of those lights to put on your book. That always makes me tired!
