You can use hydrogen peroxide. You have someone dump a cap full down in your ear and let it boil out the wax and whatever else may be in there. Then you turn your head over and let it drain out, and go ahead and use a Q-Tip to get what is left. You can also get a syringe and use warm water and flush out the ear canal.
