The reason could be anything!! Including, but not limited to:
Vitamin or mineral deficiency
Sleep problems
Dehydration (are you drinking enough water?)
Too much caffeine (you peak, then crash)
Allergies
Musculoskeletal problems - pinched vertebrae pinching your nerves (seen a chiropractor?)
Malnutrition (eat your veggies?)
Depression or other mood disorder
"Sugar blues" - too many sweets?
Anemia
Constipation
S.A.D. - seasonal affective disorder - this sometimes happens to people in the winter
Other underlying illness
What to do: Consult a chiropractor, allergist, nutritionist, and of course a GP doctor. Get your blood tested. Try a super-powered vitamin supplement - check out Life Force International for the best available (pricy but worth it). If you can't afford that, try a good liquid vitamin supplement from a good health store. Get some acidophilus supplements too, to keep your digestion acting efficiently - it's a good thing to take every day, no matter what.

Could be many factors, some of them not too alarming, but some others yes.
May be a deficiency of vitamins, overweight, hormonal deficiency, too many working hours, all of this are easily recoverable, but, also could be caused by other serious reasons, would you know this is a symptom of cancer, circulatory or respiratory problems?
Better if you consult some specialist doctors to discard any of this monstrous illness, anyway you have to take seriously your drowsy problem.

My cousin has the same problem so she went to her doctor and they told her that her Vitamin B12 levels were very low and once she got the pills for it she felt much better. I think you can also go for a shot every 3 months instead of taking a pill all the time.

You may want to check your iron level (check with your doctor). You may not need to take pills, because you can get it in fresh green veggies & fish. Also drink plenty of water & get proper sleep. these three things directly affect your body chemistry & moods in the brain.
Try being more active & monitoring your diet with the above & you'll be fine before you know it.

This could be related to certain toxins in your body. Getting them cleared out would be a great idea. Go to www.scientology.org to locate the closest facility to get this taken care of.
