Congrats on stopping....
I stopped after smoking about 6 cigarettes a day which I did for two months (two years ago now) and I have had the odd cigarette since then..... but totally cigarette free since April this year !!!
I would advise you to never smoke again and not to have "just one more" which is what I used to do :S
But as your a smoker for such a short amount of time I'm sure it'll clear up pretty quick :)
heres some info about what happens after your last cigarette:

GOOD LUCK !!!

24 hours for lungs to start to clear out mucus and other smoking debris. After 3 days breathing will become easier and bronchial tubes begin to relax and energy levels increase.
After 20 minutes your blood pressure returns to normal ; after 1 day carbon monoxide will be eliminated from your system and after 2 days there is no nicotine left in your body
The minute you stop smoking your body will start repairing. After a year or so it will as if you have never smoked.
Well done for quitting!!
Good luck

im quitting right now myself, im on day 13. I used the patch for the first couple days, my partner is using the gum. If you use either, make sure you do steady usage, remember to put the patch on every morning, or remember to chew a new piece of gum every hour . Another thing to remember, cravings will go away wheather you smoke the cigarette or not. Just keep saying you dont need it, and within 2-15 minutes, you wont anymore because the craving will go away. Talking to people and having people support you helps. Also, if you cheat Its not the end of the world. Just find out why you did it, avoid the situation, and dont do it again. Dont do what we did and every time we cheated, started smoking again . Good luck!

congratulations on your decision, now stick to it.
your cillia will begin to normalize within 48 hours and will be fine after a week. It will take about a year for the lungs to completely clear the tar in your lungs, but then they will be literally like the lungs of a life long non-smoker.

After 3 days you will feel better but give it 2 months for everything to come back to normal.

well it wont take long since you ain't a serious smoker, probally a couple of months to repair the damage done, but you should find it a doddle to quit if you only smoke up to 4 a day

In six months to one year you will be like you never ever smoked providing you stay out of environments where you can be subject to second hand smoke.

Congratulations!
From what I hear, it can take 6-mo. to 2-years to have lungs back to normal.
I'm rooting for you!
