I have never sprained-sprained my ankle, just minimumly twisted, and it is making a cracking noise(when i twist it in circle). It BARLEY hurts, just a tinsy-tiny bit. I barley notice the pain. Why am I having this "cracking" noise?

I know the feeling, you hear the snap, the feel a little bit of pain, no worries, it's just redjusting itself, it's just like when you pull your fingers and hear the same snap, everyone has that problem. What happens is when you leave it in a certain position, the muscles tighten around the bone area, forcing to closer to each other, when you stretch you ankle the bone is released from that blocked position, thus the snap. It's just simpl;y return to the correct postion.

Sometimes it is just your joints moving or scrapping each other. Personaly this is nothing to worry about. The same thing happens to me all the time. I had gone to the doctor to get x-rays and it turns out I am just "double jointed"in my ankles. If it startes bothering you at a later time get some dr. help.
Hope this helps
