hat would keep my toes elevated and take most of my body weight on my arch and heel
I had a great toe amputation and another operation of the other four toes (they are not amputated as the great toe but the bones are cut so that i have equal weight distribution on all four toes ( the weight is on the metetarsal heads and i am getting no lift from any of the 5 toes.

Yes a Orthotist will have fun tinkering with an insole to help... I do them a lot. You wont get anything off the shelf and you have to be careful not to upset the surgery so see the Ortotist Contact your surgeon... they will be happy to refer for this.

The best thing you should do is go to a podiatrist. They would be able to custom make something that will fit in your shoe. Insurance would probably cover it since it would be considered medically necessary.
