I have a doctors appointment coming up in the next month and my doctor will end up asking me if I am sexually active. I would like to tell the doctor that I have had sex before & tell him not to let my parents know but since I had had sex under 18 could my doctor end up telling my parents?

I was 15 (I'm turing 16 in late December) & my boyfriend was 17 (now 18).
The age of concent in PA is 16. So, would my doctor think this is statutory and have to end up telling my parents thanks to the law?

My father has no idea I have been dating my boyfriend for the past 2 years but my mother knows that we have been dating.

If my parents found out (mainly my dad) they could end up getting my bf a record right?

I would like to talk to my doctor about BC & stuff like that but I dont know if I can trust him not to let my parents in on what we are talking about.

I have a sharp pain on my right lower abdomen..It kinda feels like cramping but really bad. It isnt constant, but every few hours for about half an hour. Then it moves to the back. Then during sex i get a sharp pain above my hip bone, about belly button high on the right. I have been feeling dizzy and really tired lately. I went to the doctor and she said she didnt think it was my appendix and all the other organs felt right, Then said she didnt know what it was and just to wait to see if i start my period cause i might just be ovulating..then go back. What could be the different causes of this??


There is no pain at all when you press on the area, and it has been going on for a while. It started right after i got off my period and im going to start again, so i dont think it is my period.

I have been feeling really ill the past few days, i am not sure tho if it is just a cold or if i should see my doctor..... I started to get a bit wheezy on saturday but this seemed to subside once i got some fresh air. I then started to feel really drowsy on saturday night so i went to bed and woke up a few hours later with a burning fever and soaked through with sweat, yet i felt really cold and was dithering. The fever seems to have come from no-where. I am now going hot/cold every few minutes, my nose is streaming, i have a really chesty cough, my eyes ache and i seem to have an ear infection as my ears and the back of my head and my neck really ache, along with my muscles, i just feel really tired all the time. What do you think it could be and do you think i should see my doctor or just wait for it to pass? I have also been taking paracetamol and benilyn but this has no real effect......Thanks for any suggestions x

I was playing Volleyball two days ago and went up to block a spike and the guy that was spiking went under the net and hit the outside of my right leg. My knee bent inward and I can tell that when I walk on it it feels like something is separating on the inside of my knee. The pain has gone from a 8/10 to 4/10 and is getting better but I still having trouble walking. I have been icing it and it is not swollen and is not bruised. I can bend and move it with little to no pain, it is only painful when my foot is pushed outward ( with pressure going from the inside of my foot, pushing outward ). I was planning on going to the doctor if the pain stayed the same but it is getting better. I dont want to not go to the dr and then not be able to walk! Do I have a serious knee injury or is it something else, minor?? HELP!!

Like I said, the very top part of my ear gets inflamed, making it swell up quite a bit, to the point where it really starts to hurt and I have to lance it myself. It then bleeds like mad for a while, and after two or three pokes...about one a day...it settles back down, giving me a year or so of peace. The last time I did it, it really bled like mad and it had me pretty worried. And after it was all said and done, I had a little crater where the piece of plastic used to be, making me think the horror was finally over. A couple of months went by, and now I feel the lump again. This is a big hassle for me, and it has to stop.

I was thinking about going to a doctor and having him look at it. Any thoughts of what he might do or anything else I can do to make it go away?

I'm 16 by the way so don't think I'm pregnant right off the bat. Anyways back to my problem. I went to Disneyland from Sept 10-14 and when I got back I started having this pain in my sides where my kidneys are. I thought it was just food poisoning but when it didn't go away after a week or so I stayed home from school and went to the doctor since I had thrown up twice earlier that morning. The doctor thought it was a urinary tract infection and gave me some medicine for it. I took all that medicine and I'm still having pain in my side. The doctor found out that it wasn't an infection and that he's not sure what it is. I haven't had a fever lately and I haven't thrown up lately either. I just want to know what this pain could be. Do you guys have any ideas?

My doctor prescribed Diazepam as a muscle relaxer for my neck, I also have a horrible head cold/respiratory infection infection. She recommended over the counter meds, as it is not bacterial and so I have taken some Nyquil. Should I take the diazapam as well? I feel like a drug store cowboy!

Yesterday and the day before i went to the bathroom and it really hurt. It was hard to come out. But eventually it did but there was dark blood on the poop. I drank some prune juice and when i went again there wasn't any again. But now it kinda hurts again what do i do?? Can you please tell me what i should eat and all of that stuff? i am constantly tired
my bed time is like 10-1030 and um up at seven
i sleep well
i dont drink coffee, redbull, any drinks that are cafinated
and i just am always tired!
in school i am drowsy by 2pm and i stay that way until night. I dont even fully wake up until like 9-10ish!!!
am i a freak?
im 16 i should be high energy!
i am 121 pounds and 5'4'' i believe so im not fat
and i have a horse and i am in martial arts
so its not that im just not usta energy either!!!
please help.

since i was a little girl my knees use to pop and would hurt i was afraid sit in the floor cause it was a pain killer getting back up and my knee would pop. but since i was like 13 one night they hurt so bad they made me cry and more if i moved them. and so it started like that and every year it hurts like that but now its getting worst cause now it just starts to get cold and it will start hurting. like last week one knee was hurting so bad i could not sleep.. and its cuase that evening i pump into something but it was nothing serious well that night was a nightmare and then this week like last night both of thim wore in so much pain i cry all night and i could not even get up of bed to get me an advile i could not even touch them. but this time it wasnt just at night.. they hurt all night and all morning untill around 11:00 am they stop if i was just sitting or in bed but i would walk and the pain will come back and now they are still in a little pain.
