Sounds like a vitamin deficiency. If you work out and have a good diet, you shouldn't feel that way all the time, esp. if you get enough sleep. Pick up some multi-spectrum vitamin b tables from any local market, and try them for a couple weeks to see if that helps at all.

Well, I would write down everything you just said and go to your doc. It sounds like maybe you should go and have some lab work done on your blood. Their are several possibilites, and yes you should be full of energy. I know that you may not like getting stuck by a needle, but some answers are worth a little stick. Good Luck!!!

She could be right about that vitamin thing , but try taking a deep breath and holding it , now with your cheast inflated breath in and out for a few minuets , ,, it might help a little to get a little oxygen in your blood,, infate your cheast , see if it helps ,, it will help you set up straight also giving you a good posture ,, but thats just a side effect, the main thing is to get some oxygen in you

You have to go to the doctor to get your blood checked, it sounds like maybe your iron level is low, depending on what you eat, your B-12 vitamin may be off too, It's probally just a dietary intake issue, but get it checked out by a professional.
Better to know, than just guess.

vitamins wont cure anything (unless you have a medical deficiency). What a teenager needs is a good diet and regular exercise.
