There are 4 bones in your knee. The lower leg has two (tibia and fibula), then there's the femur on the thigh and the knee cap. The two bumps you're feeling is probably where the fibula joins with the tibia just below the knee cap.

The demand to provide at least one eye at the back of head is quite huge. Second demand in line is that either beard or mustache be allotted to women . Your demand for bumps on legs, though excellent , will have to wait in line.Have patience please.

Does your other leg have bumps in the same places?
If so theres nothing to worry about.
If not, &/or it hurts, go see a doc.

Its difficult to know exactly what you mean, but if you haven't noticed them before it sounds a bit odd. Ask one of you friends if you can see his/her knees and you might be able to judge better
