I have had almost continuous nausea for over two weeks, no vomit, no fever, nothing. I can't go to my doctor because our health insurance is changing and will not be avaible till January. Thanks, and please, don't be rude. If you you don't like the question, please move onto another one.

My husband suffers from a bad back (of the lumbar region)...Someone suggested we buy a 'memory form' mattress that moulds itself to your body as you sleep....Since then his back has gotten worse, especially in the morning when he first get's up, but as the day goes on the pain eases.....Does anyone else have a similar problem or know why...i thought these beds were supposed to help!

I asked a question about my knee...i asked what i should do if it gave out on our class field trip to an amusement park. And people answered. I went on the trip and it did give out. I went to first aid and they wrapped it but when i told my mom about it she said i "wasnt hurt that badly and didnt need first aid". Today I told my mom my knee hurts really bad and she replied with "you'll be fine". She really doesn't believe me! Maybe if i get one of my teachers to talk to her she will believe me?? My gym teacher used to be a sports injury specialist but decided to go into teaching. Should i talk to him about it and ask him to talk to her? How do I approach him? After school? Before class? I need a while to explain the whole thing so would it be better to go after school?? IDK What to do? Please help!

Over the past few days I've been struck about 4 times with a sudden sharp tingling feeling in my left arm and also around the top left of my chest. Does anyone know what this could be?

It happened once while I was driving and it made me twitch sharply and as you can imagine I started to panic thinking I was having a heart attack at the wheel!

I'm the type of person that really doesnt like to bother the doctor as I'm sure theres other people out there with worse problems but I am a little worried but wanted some advice before going to see one.

Thanks in advance for any advice.

Occasionaly ill wake up in the middle of the night in horrible pain in my leg. sometimes both but at different times at night and sometimes just one. once again this only happens occasionally. it feels like it is being squeezed so hard. and then i hold it in pain and then it feels like it slowly loosens and tingles while doing this, and then i go back to sleep and in the morning it hurts to walk on. i thought it was from exercising but i stopped walkin cuz i was in a car accidnet and it happend still once or twice to my non injured leg. What on earth could it be? anything i can do to prevent it? please help!

I will be working alternating day and night shifts, 12 hours (7-7). I have heard that it is as bad for you as smoking 20 fags a day (yuk). Can anyone offer me tips on how to stay healthy, and any advice on exercise and diet? I woud appreciate htis, as I would like to keep going naturally rather than rely on Red Bull or something equally awful!

Free prescriptions for all ages are available from pharmaceutical companies if you do not have coverage. I think that this could turn around many lives. What do you think?

I've been giving him massages but they only help for a short period of time. We have been unable to use the ice/heat method yet. But I was wondering people's opinions of muscle relaxers and other techniques we could try. We're poor college students so doctor/acupuncture therapy stuff is out of the question.. Thank You!
