Where is the pain in your leg? If it feels like a cramp and is located in the calf, it could be a blood clot. See the doctor and ask for an ultrasound to be safe.

Sounds like classic Restless Legs Syndrome (RLS). Go to a neurologist and have some tests taken to prove it. They will help you with therapy and/or medications. Better do it now before you get worse (and who wants that).

You might have a pinched nerve. Make an appointment with your doctor to rule out a blood clot though.

It could be a "charley horse". But I would run it by your doctor just make sure.
