I'm not sure how possible all this is or if a surgery is needed, but it's for a book I'm working on.
A person gets shot in the arm and it hits bone. He gets the arm wrapped in an ace bandage but a few hours later gets attacked and the wounded part of his arm is hit multiple times very forcefully on purpose.
Could part of the bone somehow be shattered? Is a surgery need? About how long would the whole operation take (without complications)?

Me and my cousin were riding this 4 seater bike at the park(two older kids or adults in the front and two small kids in the back).we were sitting side to side with two other kids in the back and peddlaing.we went downhill and then lost control and i rolled out.I didnt get hurt much, only a small bruise on my knee and i got my pinky jammed.its been 2 days and its swelled up and a little gray(really little) at the middle of swelled spot.it moves but not entirely up and down and hurts a bit when i try to move it up and down, mostly down.it does not hurt though when i move it a little.what should i do?should i immediatly go to the doctor?will something really bad happen if i wait a bit?can i wait about 1-2 weeks to see if it heals?it kinda feels like a bump or a bug bite but sort of different.also i fell out on flat ground, not on the hill thing

The cramps are so bad, I have to get up and walk them off. I sometimes see how twisted my muscles are in my calve..these really, really hurt. I drink a lot of coffee and diet pop, and probably not enough water, but any suggestions would be great.

I've had some terrible pain in my back for 3 weeks. I went to see my doctor twice and she insisted that it was only some muscle pain which could be relieved by doing some sports, swimming for example. I tried sports but it didn't help. I had my chest X-rayed and it said there was nothing wrong. Then I tried an analgesic rub used by athletes for muscle and joint pain and it worked very well but didn't give me a permanent relief. I suspect that it might be a pinched nerve and I don't know what to do with it.

Hi. I have like a muscle pull or something like that on the bottom of my foot.

It happens quite frequently actually, and it causes an extreme amount of pain. Basically, it runs from the bottom of my big toe to my base of my heel. It happens only on my left foot.

Once it happens, I can hardly walk. Every step I take feels like it's pulling half my foot right off.

What is it? And is there any way that I can prevent this??

At any given time during the day and sometimes night, he gets what he calls "episodes". Anything can trigger it, like a word or smell and he gets very nauseated and lightheaded and flushed.
Others around him for example at work see him turning pale and looking "sick" . It lasts about 5-10 min and then he is ok. What could these "episodes"be?
