ZINC! As soon as you sense the first symptoms! This is a power boost to your immune system. Zycam is excellent. Already have bad symptoms? REST and FLUIDS (Chicken noodle soup as corny as it sounds and electrolytes)

You need to sleep. You need to drink a lot of fluids. Taking any product for relief of symptoms will PROLONG your infection. THey decrease the amount of hormones that signal your body to fight the infection (these same hormones cause your symptoms, not the virus.) Sleep, vitamins and minerals, liquids, and more sleep. Minimum, it will take 6 days, no matter what you do. My suggestion in the future, nutrition, excercise, wash you hands a lot, minimize stress and take a vitamin supliment.

Good luck.

You can't do anything more than get a lot of rest and take plenty of liquids. Tylenol or Ibuprofen also help but that's about it. A 'cold' is a virus and you have to wait it out. Others might disagree.

Cold-Ease
And sleep with a humidifier going.
Lastly, take the herb Olive Leaf & eat a lot of homemade chicken soup. Olive Leaf is anti fungal, anti viral & anti germcidal.
