Fortunately there is no connection of the gall bladder and the pancreas so that does not become a factor...The gall bladder empties into the duodenum. The most dangerous of this condition would be going septic. Then going systemic. It is not usual for it to rupture but nothing is impossible.

Well, mine was 5 times it's normal size and still didn't burst. I'm sure if you let it go for way too long it could happen. I let it go cause my insurance kept me at the bottom of the pile and I couldn't get in to see a surgeon. If this happens to you, I recommend the emergency room.

Yes, it is possible, and dangerous. A former friend nearly died when this happened to him. Most people get treatment long, long before that happens, however, as infection and gallstones are very painful. Keep in touch with your doctor.

I've never heard of it doing this, although I do know that if you have stones, they can leave your gallbladder and travel into the pancreas. If this happens, let just say, it's bad.
