Start relaxing about an hour before you go to bed. Have a warm bath with a few drops each of lavendar and chomomile eseenital oils added. Then when you come out have a drink of hot milk (no tea or coffee!) with a little cinamon added. When you go to bed, do not read or watch TV.. Get into bed and lay down. Start with your toes and tighten and relax each muscle group right up to your face. Then do a big sigh and you will be asleep before you know it. It works wonders...;

Just get in bed, switch the lights off and wait till you fall asleep. Read a boring book if you like. Drink a camomile infusion or warm milk. Don't stress and don't use any alcohol, cigarettes or drugs for any reason.

Try staying up all night. The next night you will be able to sleep easier. But if it continues to be a problem, ask your parents to make a doctor appointment for you.

Try listening to a recorded nature sound. That always helps me!
(I have the same problem.)

Tell your mom to take you to Wal-Mart or GNC and get some Melatonin. Take one before you go to sleep.
