What research should I do before getting rhinoplasty/nose surgery?

I'm looking into getting this done in the next couple of years, what should I research in terms of doctors, cost, and risk. Please only answer if you are serious! Thanks.

Go on line, and google or yahoo in,...plastic surgeons...I did that, and found an amazing man who did exactly what I wanted...you need to go to all the websites, and see what kind of work they do,...I even went as far as to buy reports on the doctors I was serious about...it is well worth it in the end...and good luck!!! email me if you want a good doctor...
