I have suffered since childhood, but worse recently. Does anybody have any advice beyond a regular sleep routine, and reducing alcohol & caffeine? And does anybody else actually feel as if they are awake at the same time as dreaming?

He walks around all day long on a hard floor inside and on a paved parking lot outside. He comes home very worn out and his feet hurt really bad. I have no idea what kinds of shoes would be good for him. Keep in mind they have to be casual dress shoes! Thanks!!

I am 23 years old and as far back as I can remember I have been able to dislocate almost any joint in my body... the easiest are my shoulders. Sometimes my hips, knees & ankles even pop out while I'm running, which forces me to stop from the pain. What is this called, and will it cause me alot of problems down the road?

I've been working on preparing a wooden fence for painting.

i am 15, i have had a problem with my foot since i was 4: i always have skin peeling off of my foot. but it is only my left foot, and i got it from my mom's side of the family. it is worse after swimming. do you have any ideas to get rid of it, i have tried several powders and lotions, but nothing works, it is not a major problem, just a nusiance.

What causes eye redness, I checked with my eye opthalmologist, he says its fine. But my eyese are extremely red. I keep using the Baush & Lomb Redness clear (lubricant + redness clear). But my eyes are still reddish. Please let me know what could I do.

Well I've heard that many people think that nose picking is gross and nose picking is bad, but some doctors actually think it's a more better way to keep the insides of you nose clean.

But if you do it once a day would it alter your nose or stretch it out, or even make your nose bigger then what it should be?
