Ask your physical therapist. They can give you techniques to use at home. If you don't have a PT, you need one. You might get worse!

not have kids!!!! I find its earlyer this pregnancie than with my last im only 5 months and i started its probubly becuasse i put wieght on it. I have no good answers but if you find one send them my way !!!!!
