i am 15, i have had a problem with my foot since i was 4: i always have skin peeling off of my foot. but it is only my left foot, and i got it from my mom's side of the family. it is worse after swimming. do you have any ideas to get rid of it, i have tried several powders and lotions, but nothing works, it is not a major problem, just a nusiance.

it could be a fungus/ yeast infection. id recommend you go out and buy some Tea Tree Oil and put it on there. if its a fungus, it should go away. the other thing it could be is psoriasis. my little sister has it and her skin is always flaking and peeling. If you do have that, u need to put creams that contain lots of vitamin e and d in it. lets hope its the fungus, atleast that goes away!

Did the doctor say this was a fungus infection? If so, there are several stronger creams and/or pills your doc can prescribe to help out.
