Goats cheese is my favourite. However I am partial to a greater variety with nuts, fruit, crackers and of course a good bottle of Claret, or a soft and mellow white Burgundy.

I am very fond of MOnteray Jack and also extra strong chedder.
Apple wood smoked bavarian cheese is good to.
