You describe the condition very well. People with blood group O are most vulnerable to deudunal ulcer and with A to gastric ulcer. These signs and symptoms are highly indicated a peptic ulcer or at least inflammation of mucos of stomach or deudonum. When pain radiates to the back it is highly suspected that whether the posterior protion of the gaster is involved with peptic ulcer or inflammation which is occasionally is not observed in gastroscopy well and necessitates an expert specialist for its visualization, or it is a superficial irritation due to gastric acid there that in both treatment is required, and the result will be very good.

Take a really good anti-acid like Mylanta. Use the recommended dose for a day. If it doesn't stop, you better see a doctor. It could be really bad heartburn. If it is, the anti-acid will help.

Heart burn, acid reflux, GERD....see your doctor for a proper diagnosis. Meanwhile, have you tried taking Zantac or some kind of acid reducer? You can get them over the counter.

Heart burn, or acid reflex? Try prilosec OTC, or for a quick fix, try Pecid or a similar antacid product.
