and what are the long term effects of cracking ur knuckes....ive been doing that instead of biting my nails and i want to know what gonna happen if i do it alot ps i do it ike at least 15 times a day for each hand and my freinds say its annoying but i cant stop!

Every now and then i get a hard pain in only my left knee. I can't run and it hurts so bad if i walk upstairs. In 1 of my gym classes i had 2 wear a knee brace. It's doing better now but its taken like 7 weeks! Know my right knee is a little sore. What is it? And what should I do??

Does anyone know anything about elbow pains around the elbow joint? It doesn't particularly hurt when I flew it so I don't think it's hyperflexed. It has hurt in the joint area for about 3 days. I popped it this morning as well. It commonly pops but not in a relieving way.

Also knee pains that are similar but never pop? Thank you for any help!

I'm 27. Never get headaches unless for a reason (hangover, illness, hunger). A few nights ago I woke up to a sharp shooting pain in my head. Since then its been a few days and I get them intermittantly throughout the day. A series of throbbing, sharp headache pains that i just ignore - but what is this? I was thinking it could be from stress as Im going through a very tough time right now financially etc.

Lately I've been getting headaches that feel like they are associated with my vision. I wear contacts and am completely up to date with my prescription and stuff. If I'm focusing on something and there is a moving background I get dizzy and feel sharp pains in my head. I also cannot read a scrolling ticker on a screen without the same thing. Certain moving lights do the same as well. What can this be?
