Since you haven't eaten much, you might want to try clear liquids such as Jello, Chicken Broth, Beef Broth, Egg Drop Soup, Tea, Apple Juice. Try to stay away from Sports Drinks as they add too much sugar and may make you feel worse. The rule of thumb is that if it is clear enough to see through, you can have it. Try this at first. If your tummy takes it, you can move on to soft foods like Chicken Noodle Soup, Potato Soup, mashed potatos, puddings, etc. Malts are also good on soft diets if you don't get chocolate.
If you have a stomach virus the BRAT diet is always a sure fire thing. Bannanas, Rice, Applesauce and Toast.

If you're too sick to get out of the house and no one is around to help, try some kind of food that delivers like pizza. If you don't want pizza, you could order breaksticks.
If you can get to a grocery store, get chicken noodle soup and crackers. It's good to eat light foods. Also get orange juice or some other sort of jucie that is high in vitamin C. Try and drink water or (if you must have pop) get clear soda such as 7up or Sprite.
Hope that helps. =)

Well look around for some crackers, maybe PB to put on them, or cheese. See if they have soup. Always good when sick. Some toast. Look in the phone book and order something not greasy or spicy. Maybe some Chinese/ steamed rice and egg drop soup. Or a sandwich / and soup place. Hope this helps :-)
and go home where they is food ;-)

depends what type of "sick" you are. If youre stomach is the problem, you want the BRAT diet - bananas, rice, applesauce, toast - allows the stomach to rest while still gettting food. If its a cold, then really, anything is ok - whatever sounds good to you. You do want to increase the amount of protein you take in......

Chicken Noodle Soup, Orange Jello, Popsicles, Saltine Crackers. Don't eat dairy products, they make you'r mucus thicker and that makes you'r cold worse, also no sugary drinks, they can also upset your stomach. You can buy these at any supper-market.

If you're sick, you should stick to things that are easy for your stomach to digest. Try ginger ale or sprite or 7up, maybe a few crackers, and some chicken soup.
