It's quite possible you have neuropathy. It could have been caused by a lower back injury. One of my aunts and one of my uncles also have burning pain and my uncle has seen every kind of specialist there is. Unfortunately, they have little help with something like this, except for pain management. You might want to consider trying a new therapy that regrows the nerve endings in your feet or hands. Its called "Blue Light" something or other. But definately go get another analysis from your doctor with this information. And ask them to send you to a specialist. Good luck.

Usually unexplained burning in the feet is caused by uric acid. Acid in the bloodstream can lead to a whole variety of auto-immune dysfunctions.
The goji berry is full of flavenoids and phytonutrients which help rid the body of acid, inflammation, free radicals and creates energy. Goji can rapidly change your blood to alkalinity from acidity.
Something to consider.
