I would imagine they could. I could, and did, when I was 15.

No they cant unless you are emancipated minor emancipated means that you are under 18 and you have a child of your own. You have to be of legal age to sign for treatment. I am guessing you need to see a doctor and you don't want your parents to know about it. My advice to you is no matter what the problem is. Please tell your parents they will still love you and go see a doctor, If you don't want to do that then go to the emergency room. Are you could tell another family member who you trust to take you to the doctor are to the emergency room are to the health department. Good luck...

It may depend on the state, But in Wisconsin a parent would have to make the appointment.

Yes, you can make an appointment. Unless you are pregnant or carrying an STD, or have an emergency you will need a parent or guardian with you for your appointment.

if its with a clinic for the purpose of planned parenthood, yes. totally without your parents knowledge or permission.
But for a regular doctor iam pretty sure you need to be represented by an adult over the phone and in the paper work.

If it's your regular doctor and there's a reason to keep your parents out of it, you should be able to. If your parents do not have insurance, you may have a problem.

Sure, as long as you can convince the doctor's office that you can pay for the office visit.
