My skin problem happened a month ago after I ran out of medication as I moved from Thailand to England. I used to apply L.A.G. cream on my face as my Thai doctor told me to. She refused to tell me its chemical name, only said there's lots of ingredients. She told me I had dry skin problem and this medicine'll help reduce the flakes. I was surprised cuz my skin didn't look that bad at all but I believed her and used it.

I have no allergy record but my skin is peeling noticeably, worse than before I used the medicine. When i touch it, the flakes fall all over. I also feel the whole face is stretched all the time (the feeling on the face after u wash your face with strong soap). It's also itchy and red all the time. Now, I start having red spots in the same area, too.

I didn't use face wash product at all after this occured. I've tried various kinds of moisturisers e.g. water based, gel+cream based, green tea extract, or even those anti-aging with SPF 15. None helped.

Pls help!

Our teacher mentioned in class that it takes about 4 weeks for a new skin
cell to make it to the surface of our skin. If they are new cells, why
don't wrinkles disappear?

im currently trying Dan's regimen... read it here:
http://www.acne.org/regimen.html......
anyway, i started using a cleanser for sensitive skin, but i dont feel like it really cleanses my skin... it's still oily even after i wash it... so what i do, i wash it again 3x after rinsing to get it really clean (one cleansing in the morning, one before sleeping)... should i switch back to my regular (not-so-mild) soap?

My husband just found out he had shingles. I used a liquid band aide to cover the rash till he sees a doctor tomorow. We have a 7 year old but she has not had any direct contact with his rash. We are just concerned that since it is the same virus as chicken pox what precaustions should we take. Besides just making sure she does not go near the rash.

Do I have west nile virus? I got so many mosquito bites over the summer, and I'm always itchy. I read that west nile virus symptoms are like muslce aches or somthing like that. I have musle aches. I don't know if I have it or thing I have it. I also feel dilusional and my palms are sweaty but that's because I get panic attacks and I don't know if they're symptoms of panic attacks or west nile..

It looks like tiny ant bites, too small to be chicken pox. It's not to itchy. If I had to put it on a itch scale of 1 through 10, it would be a 3. It's mostly on my triceps. What is it?

Everybody knows those little bumps on their skin when they get a mosquito bite, but why does it swell. All i have learned is that the mosquito simply sucks blood from you. Does it inject something in return?

Well, supposedly, a deficiency in fatty acids could be the culprit. I'd like to know how others found this treatment to work. I am taking flaxseed supplements currently and am hopeful and keeping my fingers crossed.

(This is actually a serious question.) I have about a dozen or so of these bright red bumps that are insanely itchy!! They look almost like bug bites but if I go to scratch them, they burn. I've tried, hydrocortisone cream, antihistamines, homeopaths, peppermint oil, lotions...NOTHING seems to work.

Oh, if it matters any, they are located underneath, and in between my boobs. Wearing a bra is MISERABLE. This has been going on for 4 LOOOONNNNGG days.

Thanks for your help!!

It happened 1 time before I went to bed. My body is a little itchy and my skin feels hot. This lasts only about 20 minutes to a half hour and goes away. I know that it can't be a reaction to laundry soap, pets or body soaps. I have type 2 diabetes and an under active thyroid gland. Any ideas?
