I made a lasagne last night for my tea (home made) and couldn't get to sleep because I was itching, managed to drift off, but woke at 5am and couldn't get back to sleep because the itching was unbearable, could it be the food I cooked?

A week ago I got a plantars wart removed from the bottom of my foot. After the freezing of the wart, a decent sized blood blister formed. The blister has not decreased in size in the past 7 days and shows no signs of starting to dry up. Should I keep waiting or go ahead and pop because it is rather painful? thanks : )

i have had red palms for several years, I used to have normal white palms but then they changed to red. They itch occassionally, but there are no spots or anything. The Drs. are stumped and I've tried everything under the sun. I'm sick of it,anyone have the same problem and had it cured? im in basically good health, I eat right and exercise and am in pretty good shape, Also my palms and my arms up to my shoulders and most of my back and chest appear BLUE under an ultraviolet light. If that helps I would appreciate any INTELLIGENT advice.

A friend of mine has noticed boils coming up on her legs does anyone know what can cause this? She hasn't yet seen a Dr although I have advised she should for maybe some lotion. Can this be caused by shaving and maybe using someone elses razor? Unsure!?
Thanks.

It seems like all of a sudden they get puffy and swollen and then by the next day they "deflate" and get chapped and painful. Finally, the skin on my lips starts to peel. What is going on and what could I do for this? Wearing chapstick doesn't even seem to help, it seems like my lips go into a cycle.

About 3 months ago, 3 brown/tan spots (they're round and some are circular, while others are like ovals) appeared on the skin under my right armpit. 2 weeks ago, I checked again and now I have six. They are flat, round, and brown. they cant be sun spots because obviously being where they are, they have not been overly exposed to the sun. They arent birthmarks because they just recently appeared. They arent liver spots because I'm not that old. I'm not even 18! So what in the world are they??? help please.

I have noticed a pinprick rash on my face and hands appears after I have been in direct sunlight for a long time. I was given steroid cream but not too keen on using it often. Has anyone experienced anything like this and have any suggestions for preventing it from occuring again?

I have been taking showers, then waiting 10 minutes, then using cleanser, toner, and lotion, but I'm not sure if I should be giving them time to take effect.

I've tried scrubs, pumice stone, and lotion I still have the dry sometimes scaly feet on bottoms only.Toenails look fine no cracks or yellowing because I scrub bed of nail with soap and a washcloth in shower and dry well afterwards. What should I use or should I get it checked out by a family doc. to also maybe rule out toenail fungus.

My daughter's nails look almost like she smashed them, but she didn't. It's only on about 5 of her fingernails. Up towards the cuticle, it's torn horizontally about halfway through her nail. The beginning of the tear, it looks like someone cut a chunk out, but only on some of them, and from there down it's lifted from the skin. Almost as if it snagged on something, and didn't tear all the way off, but it's still connected at both the sides, and also at the tip of the nail. The color of her nail is normal, and the shape and texture is also good(other than the tear).

Does anyone know what this could be caused from? And if so, how can I treat it at home?

In the past 3 weeks I've had 8 coldsores. I've tryed everything from l-lysine to perscription ointments and nothing seems to work. Every time I think its about to clear up then another one starts. I've had coldsores my whole life, but usually I'll get maybe 4-5 a year. Why am I getting so many all at once?

My boyfriend gets bad cold sores, but I don't think I've ever had one in my life. Are some people more prone to getting them than others? Is it possible to never get them? Any information appreciated =)
