is sulphur soap suitable for all skin types?

if not safe, what are the better alternatives to treat fungus infection on skin?

Very good for all who are not allergic to sulfur. But sulfur is not fungicidal..Fungal infections are best treated by antifungal antibiotics like Nystatin,Mycostatin,Amphoterecin and Hamycin.
