I have been taking showers, then waiting 10 minutes, then using cleanser, toner, and lotion, but I'm not sure if I should be giving them time to take effect.

for me its no longer than 2 or 3 minutes. the treatment i use will burn my face if i keep it on too long and my face will become red and dry up. not good at all. hope i could help!

if there are directions on how to use theses products . do exactly as stated. if not, then use as you are and putting lotion on your face may need more . if your face is still dry after the lotion put more on until it doesn't soak in any more , that tells you enough lotion has been applied, and it takes time depending on your skin type to see results,

cleanser at night and cool water in the am. a hot shower opens the pores so tone immediately to close the pores. cool water will also close the pores. nothing should burn or irritate the skin. if you wait 10 minutes, the skin will close the pores itself.

you dotn need all that stuff on your skin at all!
just lotion is enough and a good cleaning once in shower. now lallow me to tell you this all that stuff promotes wrinkles later on you are weighing your face down towards the ground and you dont even know it!

Wait at least an hour between each. Check the back of the bottle, the directions.

you can put them on one after the other. you dont need to give them time in between, they will all work together.
