My partner has got it and it has affected his lungs - we are finding it really hard to come to terms with this long term illness - he may even need to have a lung transplant in the future.

How can we adjust? It would really help to speak to other people with the disease

My skin gets really itchy when I do cardio to the point when it starts to happen I have to stop. I feel very annoyed and frusterated after this and I have to sit still until my heart rate goes back down and the itch subsides. I get heat bumps usually where it itches the worse but I notice it is on my legs, stomach and hands/arms. (like a severe tingle/itch) No rashes and the heat bumps go away fast (kinda like when you take a hot shower) My skin feels fine normally, hardly ever itches. I do not have dry skin, I lotion almost everyday, stopped using perfumes in my detergents, changed types of clothing, also changed deodorants and stopped using certain products like perfumed lotions with no change. Has happened for the last 1 1/2 year and I do not live in a dry state. I can't think of anything else that would cause this, anyone else have this problem or can think of anything I haven't? Did web searches to no avail.. thanks!

I know someone who is having issues with excessive hair growth under the skin. She is only 35 and has always had clear, beautiful skin. Recently, however, she went to get a facial which then ended up bringing out hairs from under her skin. She pulled out those few hairs only to find tons more under her skin. These hairs very in length from a few millimeters all the way to two inches long and vary in thickness, color, and texture. They can be blond or dark and are sometimes like bits of cotton ball fuzz. Can anyone tell me what this is and how it can be treated? Thank you!

I have spots on my face which just wont go away! They are not like normal spots, they are like pimples which only show if you look closely in good light. They make my face look bumpy, not smooth. Do you think it may be some kind of food intolerance?

I have been noticing scabs on my scalp for the last few months. They aren't large, about the size of the head of a straightpin, and I only occasionally notice them when I'm running my fingers through my hair. By the time I notice them, they usually come right off. My scalp can be itchy sometimes, but I don't scratch it hard enough to cause scabbing. I use moisturizing shampoes to help the dryness on my scalp. Any suggestions as to what may be causing this?

So I woke up one morning with what I thought was a bug bite on my face. I started putting tea tree oil on it a few times for the next few days. The bite was reduced to a small flat sort of scab (which is usual when you use tea tree oil), but yesterday when I looked in the mirror I noticed that now I have a rash around where the bite was. I have no allergies whatsoever (not to tea tree oil either). Does anyone know what could be causing my rash and how I can get rid of it? Thanks.

From my previous question relating to Eczema, people recommended All and Dreft as washing powders.

Where do I buy this from??
Didnt find it in Tescos, Somerfield or Sainsburies.

I did find a hand wash dreft in Sainsburies, but thats no use to me.
