the rest home that i work for has informed me that the ladies have scabies. we are all getting lotion that is suppose to cure it in one dose? i am not sure if that is correct. my question is this, can that work and if so what happens if you sweat a lot (its 95 degrees here even at 1am) will that make it not work? silly question i know but i dont want to keep this.

I don't want to sound gross, but for anyone who shaves their "bikini area" .. is it common to get razor burn? I tend to get red bumps and i also bleed. It's very different from shaving my legs. Is this normal? Is there any treatment?

I don't know if it's Proactiv that’s not working or is it that I’m not using it right. For the first month i started using the whole 3 products and this Daily Oil Control and then after 2 months i only used the cleanser and the toner. My skin is really oily, usually in the t-zone area, and when I used the repairing lotion, it made my skin oily again after an hour or so. I used to have a lot of pimples on my forehead and a few zits on my cheeks and chin and when I used Proactiv my forehead got better, but my cheeks got worse. It made my cheeks breakout more and I think it’s the repairing lotion because I am touching my face more when applying the lotion. So what am I doing wrong?

I have tried every remedy over the years from raw potaotes, duct tape, Compound W, Wartner Freeze, and all of Dr. Scholl's products; the last of which made it slightly bigger! I just tried Pristine Wart & Mole Vanish to great PAIN and bad results. A local foot doctor told me there was nothing new they could do, but I met a foot doctor who said he had success with chemotherapy injected in. Yikes!

I would like to know the different treatments that are safe and effective and work especially with the scarring. Also, I have acne over my face that will not stop even with the birthcontrol pills that I started before getting married 7 months ago. I really would like to get an honest opinion on what to do. I do not want to have blemishes and scars on my face.

Has these awful rashes underneath her bust. One rash looks like raised warts and the other a spotty rash. My friend is very careful with her hygiene and trys to keep to a cotton bra. What she would like know does anyone else have these type of rashes and if so how do they treat them. I have tried to get her go to the doctors as the irritation from these rashes is extreme to say the least, but she feels so embarrassed. Every time I visit her she seems very distressed with her condition.

Can anyone advise please. I would love to see her back to her normal jovial self.

I have been trying compound w on my warts for a few weeks now and it appears to be getting better; however, I am conserned that I may be hurting myself. Each day I cut away and file down the dead skin and the warts have become very painful (sometimes I irritate the surrounding skin). I have become obsessed with getting rid of them. Should I continue my treatment because the warts look like they are disappearing, or should I just suck it up and go to the doctor? How much can I really damage myself?Could I be setting myself up for infection or worse? Any advice?
