1) Throw the deodrant away (better still donate it to a friend who doesnt have an allergy to it) and never use deodrants again. Instead use a perfume on the clothes 10 mins before you wear them. Any volatile fragrance can give you an allergy.
2) Use a hydrocortisone cream on the rash for say 5 days or till it goes away.
3) Take some antihistamine tablet like Claritin for a week.
4) Keep the area dry.

Stop using it, wash the area with a non allergenic soap like you would use for a baby, to heal the rash use aloe vera 2-3 times a day.

Put cream on youre armpit.
Throw the deodorant in the fire.
Wait for the fire to die down, and pick up the deodorant, and give it to the people in KISS and they'll thrash it with they're electric guitars.

Obviously not continue to use the deodorant. A friend of mine had the same problem and she switched to Shaklee deodorant and hasn't had any further problems.
