I have a tan and there is a region in top of my eyebrow where it is kind of white compared to the rest of my face. Is it some kind of sking problem or is it just ordinary?

It could just be a dry skin patch.and a tan usually fades anywhere from 4 to 6 weeks

It could be that the Melanin or actual tanning pigment is not as concentrate in that area, or a mild form of Vitaligo. Skin that was injured or many have a minor birth defect may also not tan properly. The skin is the largest single organ of the human body and it is always shedding cells, it is estimated that new skin cycles through the entire body every 48 hours, the depth of the melon in within the dermal layer will eventually be reached and shed, thus lightening the skin to its usual color. Caution constant exposure to UV radiation can cause problems with the skins regenerative ability, and lead to other problems as well.

all tans fade. humans shed dry skin. logical so you'd lose your tan
