My mother's nipple color has changed white. What should be done to rectify?

We consulted doctor and she told that it is loss of pigmentation and nothing to worry.She gave some Vitamin E tablets.But Now My mum is worrying whether slowly all parts will turn white in color.Pls doctors suggest
