Has these awful rashes underneath her bust. One rash looks like raised warts and the other a spotty rash. My friend is very careful with her hygiene and trys to keep to a cotton bra. What she would like know does anyone else have these type of rashes and if so how do they treat them. I have tried to get her go to the doctors as the irritation from these rashes is extreme to say the least, but she feels so embarrassed. Every time I visit her she seems very distressed with her condition.

Can anyone advise please. I would love to see her back to her normal jovial self.

It could very possibly be a yeast infection Yes, you can get them other places besides the obvious. Anywhere that stays hot and moist. If this is the case, tell her to get some monistat creme and rub on the affected area twice a day. After the infection heals, after showering, towel dry very good and apply some Gold Bond Medicated Powder daily to keep the area dry. If none of this works then please get her to a doctor, but it really does sound like a yeast infection, i would try the monistat first to see if it works before spending money on the doctor. It will not hurt anything.

The bra she's using should support her enough that the underside of the breast isn't touching the skin below. Sometimes I'll experience a little redness there if I'm wearing an old bra that's not supportive enough.

If this doesn't help (and it sounds like her issue is more serious), I'd suggest she talk to a dermatologist. They're definitely used to seeing all sorts of skin conditions, so there's nothing to be embarassed about. Better a doctor than someone you're dating, right? :)

Sounds like could be heat rash or something allergenic in the soap powder etc. She should try and eliminate certain things one at a time to try and get to the cause. If this fails see GP for referal to dermotologist, skin conditions are a very specialist thing.

I have massive boobies and in the summer I get this, and sometimes quite severe. She wont stop it happening, but I find that the best thing to do is, have a cool bath, then put some talc underneath the bust (dont put a bra back on, so do this before bed) and then put some Sudocreme on it. It will have gone away by the morning, So tell her that, it works for me, and good luck hun, tell her I feel for her xxxxx

I had patient who suffered with similar problems as your friend...I took her to the doctor and he said it was extreme Heat rash...her breasts were quite large and she always complained of the itching and pain...he prescribed a special cream for her to put on there every so many hours...I would have to wash and pat dry before I applied this cream...Your friend needs to see a doctor for this...even if it is embarrassing..its better to be comfy than miserable. Is her room temp 72 degrees?

It could be yeast infection. Go to the Doctors to check. You may want to try clotrimazole 1% cream applt three times daily following washng and drying the area.

She really should go to the doctor. It could be an allergic reaction. Have her try some cortisone, aloe, or benadryl to soothe and treat it if it is an allergy. Please make sure she is not allergic before trying anything. I am not a doctor. She really should seek a professional's advice. It's nothing to be embarassed about. Doctors have seen it all!

Could also be a yeast infection, pretty common. Needs to see Dr or at least ask pharmacist for a recommended cream.

just sounds like a sweat rash to me, can be very sore, just try and keep the area dry and just wash there with water and pat dry.
