Uhhh... I wouldn't use either. I would get Ketoconazole cream.. not lamisil which works on toe fungus not ringworm.

RE:
What's better to cure ringworm on my back and arm. Lamisil spray or Lamisil Creme?
The spray makes a white chalky border around it and I feel like it is doing more. The creme just goes on and I cant tell if it is working???

Anti-fungal cream will work, but if you don't like the spray then stick with the cream. Both are going to be doing the same job.
I would also suggest going to the doctor if you haven't already. If may be something more than ring worm.

Ringworm is infectious and can be caught from people and
domestic animals.
Use tea tree 100% essential oil . Apply 1 neat drop over
infected area three times a day until it's clear. should be
gone in ten days.
you can also kill it by using clear nail polish just apply over
infected area.

Buy Nizoral shampoo and use it when taking shower and keep using lamisil (whatever powder or cream works the same).

Why don't you go for oral anti fungals, they are convenient to take & more effective.
