By person experience, my stretch marks have not really improved by weight loss or exercise etc. They have faded over time, but I still know they are there.

yeah...because stretch marks form because of gaining weight...losing weight would help...but also keep that area really well moisturized and rub some cocoa butter or lotion on it its the best...and it smells like chocolate!

It can help make them not as obvious. Unfortunately they still don't go completely away, but definitely helps! Try rubbing some cocoa butter on them as well.
