Everyone reacts to medication differently. If you have a rash, call your doctor and whatever you do, stop taking the medicine. You are probably allergic to it

dilantin can definitely cause a rash - this is one of the signs of dilantin toxicity, meaning that you have too much of the medication in your system. dilantin needs to be monitored very carefully by your doctor because if levels become too high you can become very sick. see your doctor immediately if you are on dilantin and having a rash as your dosage may need to be changed.

I haven't, but if you do, then get a hold of your doctor. There are issues here with allergies and with other things. You dont go off dilantin "cold turkey" unless there is a major problem!

mine is not just rash. it gave me acne.
