I have spots on my face which just wont go away! They are not like normal spots, they are like pimples which only show if you look closely in good light. They make my face look bumpy, not smooth. Do you think it may be some kind of food intolerance?

i'm 28 and i still get spots! unfortunately acne doesnt age descriminate. it could be an allergy maybe go to your doctor and have a test done. if thats not the case, check out geminis advice on millia. those spots are bloody annoying!

How old are you?? it could just be acne.
It could be blocked pores if your using too much cream or it could be calcium spots that are just under the surface of the skin and are almost white or opaque in colour.
If your worried you can go to the GP or the pharmacist.

are they like "whiteheads" that can't be popped or hard to pop?? if so, they are called Milia. You can purchase a Nutragena microdermabrasion kit, it costs about $40. but it works. use it every other day and it should clear up.

It's a developing spot I think. Use anti-bacteria facewash and you should be fine.
