by the way, Brian L's pic doesnt look like his spots. they are really small and are around the size and shape of a pea, maybe smaller

It's not as a result of going outside.

it could be sun spots or even age spots. i wouldn't worry about it to much unless they get really bad then he needs to go to the dr.
