I have these spots that appear greatly over my stomach and some spots on my arms the closer I get to my shoulder. And sometimes I have chest pains but then again I have bad posture.

i think you need to see doctor for a proper diagnosis if any.......

I've said this countless times and I'll say it again. You cannot get a diagnosis online, please don't even ask for one. The only people who can give you a diagnosis are a licensed physician, a nurse practitioner and a physican assistant and ONLY after getting some sort of medical history and performing a physical exam that may include diagnostic tests. Go to a health care provider. Honestly, why would you take the word of non-health care professionals who have never even laid eyes on you and wouldn't know what they were looking at anyway?

it is not dicriptive what color are they do they grow or become boils or go off of their own . pl give more information then only some one can help til that time take enouhg of simple water and juices
