I am 16 and have a rash on my eye lid, my eye bags, and my lips it goes away and comes back. What could I do to get rid of it? I think I have tried every thing already. I was wondering if there are and surgeries or procedures I could get done to get rid of it.

Maybe your allergic to something you ate or go the doctor and they will prescibe something for you if it gets worse.

My question would be, what are you using on your face that makes the rash come back? If you cant rule anything out, your next best step is to go to a dermatologist.
