I washed my underwear with a powdered bleach and I used too much. This has resulted in a burn in my genital area and it is very very painful. I have been rinsing the area with baking soda and water and puting vaseline on. It has been 5 days now and it still is there. Any suggestions. This is entirely serious, no idiot anwers please.

don't rinse with baking soda honey - that's a salt and will make it burn more.
don't put vaseline on a burn either, it will only hold in the heat and bacteria.

simply use cool water - repeatedly.

Perhaps you should see a doctor, you would either have to use an incredible amount of "too much", or maybe it's an allergic reaction, or a bit of both. doctor time. I don't advise baking soda (drying) or Vaseline (just coats and locks everything in--no access to air to heal) either. Sometimes you can call a doctor or hospital and and speak to a qualified person and they will advise, without actually having to go in.

Go to your doctor!!! Seriously, you need to see a doctor. That area is extremely sensitive, I'm sure I don't need to emphasize.
